Welcome to MessageToMates.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MessageToMates.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

MessageToMates.com provides a subscription-based service that delivers curated mail content to incarcerated individuals. We do not guarantee delivery timelines as they are subject to prison regulations and mail processing times.

3. Subscription & Refund Policy

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly, every 6 months or annually.  Every 6 months and annually subscriptions are non-refundable except:

    • You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • After the 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

    • The only exception to this policy is if the inmate associated with the subscription is released. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued upon verification of the release.

    • Alternatively, subscribers may opt to transfer the remaining subscription credit to another inmate instead of receiving a refund.

    • To request a refund or credit transfer under this exception, please contact our support team with the necessary documentation.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. User Conduct

  • Users may not use our service for unlawful purposes.

  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Content Policy

  • MessageToMates.com curates content based on available topics, but we do not guarantee content approval by correctional facilities.

  • Any content rejected or returned by facilities is not our responsibility.

7. Service Availability

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MessageToMates.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, or mail.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
